I graduated from West Texas High School in Stinnett, Texas.  I then attended college at West Texas A & M University in Canyon, Texas.  

I earned my B.S. in Interdiscplinary studies and began teaching the following school year.  My certifications are as follows :  Elementary Self – Contained (grades 1-8)

                    Reading grades (1-8)

                    Generalist grades (4-8)

                    Mathematics grades (4-8)

                    ESL Certification

I am married and have three children. My youngest child will be starting college this fall, so my husband and I are entering into a new chapter of our lives.

I love spending time with family, and my dogs.  I enjoy drinking Starbucks coffee and watching movies with my husband.  I also love to cook / bake when I have time. And of course I love to go shopping with my daughter.
